I have been attending keep-fit/pilates classes for a very long time and Rachel's classes are different. The instruction is professional, experienced and prepared meticulously prior to class. Rachel is aware of each of her participants in class and aware of each person's needs and weaknesses (if there are any) . The work itself focuses on the whole body, you really feel as though you have done something good for your body and your head. She creates a very friendly and inclusive ambience in the class where everyone feels welcome and part of the group. I would really recommend any age group attending any and all of Rachel's classes.
I have been going to Rachel's classes for 8 years now and cannot recommend her highly enough, both as a pilates and a running teacher. A truly lovely person who cares deeply for her students. I have come a long way-I once couldn't run for five minutes and now can run comfortably for a full 5km. I hope to continue for many years with Rachel as my teacher!
Pilates with Rachel is amazing. You get a great work out but then leave feeling totally zen.
I learned to run with Rachel. I spent years trying to motivate myself to run for 20 mins. She got me running marathons. And it all started with a couch to 5k. She's amazing!!!
